Capacity
How many guests fit into the loft?
100 for a standing reception, 60 seated at long tables, 65 in theatre rows, 36 at workshop islands. The setup drawings on this page show each layout to scale.
How many people fit into the studio?
40 standing, 24 seated at two long tables, 40 in theatre rows with the stage at the right wall, 30 at workshop islands. All on the ground floor; the two upper floors add quiet space for breaks and small teams.

Can we rent the vintage lights for our own venue or set?
Yes. The collection travels: we deliver, set up and collect. Tell us what you are producing and we suggest the right pieces.
Shoots
Which way do the spaces face, and when do we get direct sun?
The loft's entrance and parking side face east: sun in the morning, shade from the building in the evening. The outdoor area behind room two faces west and gets the late-afternoon and evening sun in summer. Both floor plans carry a compass.

Can we visit the space before booking?
Of course. After your request we call you within one working day and arrange a site visit, on weekdays usually within the same week.
How quickly do we get an answer?
Within one working day. For requests with a fixed date we try to confirm availability on the same day.
