Marie Mai | YOGA & MEDItATION

Marie is an 800-hour certified yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and trauma-informed practices. Having studied with teachers across the globe, she brings a holistic perspective to her teachings. Currently she is deepening her expertise in alternative therapies and psychology to become a naturopath.

With her compassionate and intuitive teaching style, Marie aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment for students of all levels. Her classes inspire participants to let go of everyday worries and explore deeper layers of consciousness.

KESHAVA PRANA |YOGA

For Keshava, yoga is a journey of returning to the true self, a continual practice of turning toward light, balance, and inner clarity. Drawing on years of practice, including training at Yogaville in Virginia and the Shivananda Ashram in Kerala, Keshava blends movement with deep stillness to create a mindful, breath-centered practice. Inspired by Sivananda yoga, his teaching focuses on alignment, repetition, and ritual, inviting students to transform their asanas into a meditative experience.
