Passionate and detail-oriented, Nikolai creates transformative experiences that honor each person’s physical and inner journey.

KESHAVA PRANA
YOGA
For Keshava, yoga is a journey of returning to the true self, a continual practice of turning toward light, balance, and inner clarity. Drawing on years of practice, including training at Yogaville in Virginia and the Shivananda Ashram in Kerala, Keshava blends movement with deep stillness to create a mindful, breath-centered practice. Inspired by Sivananda yoga, his teaching focuses on alignment, repetition, and ritual, inviting students to transform their asanas into a meditative experience.
